Portable pressure calibrator

They are portable high-precision devices designed for calibration of pressure transducers, pressure switches, analogue and digital pressure gauges and manometers.
In general, they are used within metrology laboratories, but also in the field since they are very easy to carry.
They are equipped with proper external pressure sensors fit for different measuring ranges which are quite easy to change; so, it is possible to use the same apparatus, provided with several sensors, for diverse measuring ranges.
 
They are equipped with an internal rechargeable battery (accumulator), USB and RS232 output terminals.
They are compatible with any kind of pressure generating pump (both portable - and test bench type).
They can measure and generate both current and voltage.
 
Pressure is currently converted into standard 4…20 mA signal.
Pressure coupling can be provided with diverse standard threads: G¼”, G½”, etc.
They can optionally be provided with HART PROTOCOL equipment, and also supplied as explosion-proof design (ATEX) versions (especially used in petrochemical industry field).
 
- Measuring ranges: between 0/20 and 0/700 bar or -1/+1 bar and -1/+35 bar.
- Accuracy classes: 0,025 … 0,05%
- Optionally: external pressure sensors, ranging between -100 / +100 mbar and -1 / 1000 bar.
