Portable digital thermometers measure the temperature by means of an immersion probe. The respective sensor can be either 3- or 4-wire Pt100 -, or 2-wire Pt100 thermoresistance.
The probes are equipped with an automatic reassessing module: the factory-made calibration data are internally stored.
The device can store up to 80000 probe measurements, subsequently transferable to computer via a standard serial RS232 port or USB port.
It is also possible to configure from the menu the capture and printing intervals, as well as the transfer rate.
The embedded functions Min, Max and Avg determine and calculate minimal, maximal and average values, respectively. Other functions: REL – relative measure, HOLD and the automatic system disable instruction.
The instrument ingress protection (IP Code) is IP67.
