Battery-powered ultrasonic flow meters

Battery-powered ultrasonic flow meters are designed to measure the flow rate in water conduits and pipes in compliance with EN 14154 European standard, regarding water distribution systems and in other industrial applications, as well.


These flow meters feature compact design and ingress protection IP68 (IP Code). They are characterised by high measurement accuracy and long-term stability on a wide range of measured values. They need no external power supply, do not contain moving parts and have low pressure loss.


In standard version, the device measures the instantaneous flow rate (in m³/h), as well as the total volume in flow direction (in m³/h).


The measured values are converted into appropriate output signals. Flow meter output signals can be transmitted through connected transfer data systems to distant computerised control stations. The "flow meter electronics" also includes the possibility of data storage, accompanied by different connecting and transmitting means (GSM module, RS232 interface, optical data probes, etc.). This important feature can be really useful at remote measuring points / - stations in the field, with no locally available power supply,
